A session provides you with a private space to pre-clean with a complimentary fresh-cool all natural eucalyptus scented towel prior to your plunge experience. Typical plunge time ranges from 3-5 minutes.

Red-Light Sauna

20 minute session

A sessions provides you a semi-private space to fully enjoy the benefits of near infra and infra red light therapy combined with heat from a sauna. You will also be offerd a complimentary lavender infused towel after your session.

Compression Sleeves

15 minute session

A session will provide you the oppertunity to sit back and relax in anit-gravity chairs while enjoying the benefits of full leg compression sleeves.
