Meet The Owners: Allie Green & Laura Sipp

The Recovery Rig was built by athletes—for athletes and anyone committed to living a healthy, high-performing

lifestyle.

Recovery isn't a luxury—it's a critical part of performance. Whether you're training for competition, preparing for your next race, chasing a personal best, or simply striving to feel your best, we believe your recovery should be just as intentional as your training.

Allie Green is a firefighter-paramedic, wife, and mom who thrives in high-performance environments—both on duty and off. From elite gymnastics and springboard diving to collegiate rugby and Ironman competitions, her foundation was built on discipline, resilience, and pushing limits. Today, she's a competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and coach who understands firsthand that recovery isn't optional—it's what allows you to keep showing up at your best.

Laura Sipp is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt, former personal trainer, wife, and mom with over a decade of experience in strength training, combat sports, and performance-based fitness. Her journey began in boxing and evolved into a lifestyle centered on consistency, resilience, and intentional training. She believes that training hard is only part of the equation—recovering well is what keeps you performing at your highest level.

Together, they founded The Recovery Rig—Arizona's premier woman-owned mobile recovery experience—to make professional recovery more convenient and accessible than ever. We bring premium recovery directly to athletes, teams, first responders, tournaments, gyms, and private events because recovery shouldn't be something you have to chase.

Featuring cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna with red light therapy, and compression therapy, The Recovery Rig delivers the same recovery tools trusted by elite athletes—right where you need them.

Train hard. Recover harder. That's not just our slogan—it's how we live.
